Every Casaelyus® order is prepared with care to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and protection during transit.

High-demand periods, including holidays or promotional events: up to 5 business days

Flat $2.99 shipping fee on all orders
No hidden handling or packaging charges
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Casaelyus® ships through a global fulfillment network. Delivery times may vary by destination:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking Updates
Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.
International tracking may not update daily — this is normal and does not mean your package has stopped moving.
Your Casaelyus® order is on the way and moving through the logistics network.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments are sent DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Casaelyus® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast and accurate fulfillment, orders begin processing shortly after placement.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
Your satisfaction matters to us.
Damaged Items
If your Casaelyus® skincare product arrives damaged, please email clear photos to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms that your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
